Grünhorn sponsors university course for doctors for training and further education in cannabis-based therapy

Grünhorn is the main sponsor of the certificate course "Cannabis in Medicine" at Dresden International University (DIU). The aim of the course is to provide licensed physicians with comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of cannabis-based therapy.

25 registered doctors attend the "Cannabis in Medicine" course at the DIU for training and further education on all aspects of cannabis-based therapy. Participants will receive two ECTS points and, if they have the appropriate professional affiliation, 80 continuing education points from the Saxon State Medical Association. The course comprises 82 online teaching units, in which participants receive comprehensive and in-depth information on topics such as cannabis supply in medicine, biochemistry, indications, contraindications and active ingredients or legal principles. Admission is open to anyone with an academic degree in healthcare, pharmacy or medicine.
