Grünhorn Launches Its Own Podcast on Medical Cannabis
. Grünhorn, the largest online pharmacy for medical cannabis, is launching its own podcast. The aim is to create a free information platform through conversations with patients and experts. This podcast will provide not only personal experiences from those affected and experts but also in-depth professional knowledge and the latest insights in the field of medical cannabis.
The podcast will be broadcast by the Grünhorn Academy, Grünhorn’s knowledge and training platform. It will cover the diverse uses of cannabis in medicine to ensure more patients have safe access to cannabis therapy. Topics will include the design of cannabis therapy, social prejudices, as well as concerns and experiences from conventional medicine practitioners.
In the first episode, Dr. Nadine Herwig, head of the Grünhorn Academy and responsible for the podcast, talks with an ADHD patient. He shares his journey: from his challenging childhood and adolescence to the unsuccessful attempts with conventional medication, and finally to the positive experiences with cannabis that now allow him to be fully employed.
“The use of cannabis still requires a lot of education, not least to address concerns from both patients and doctors. Therefore, it seems most fitting for those involved to share their experiences.
