Simultaneously, an interim CFO has been appointed to oversee the financial division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Changes at Schurer Pharma &amp; Kosmetik GmbH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the turn of the year, the Gr\u00fcnhorn Group parted ways with <strong>Sven-Roger von Schilling<\/strong>, who had served as CFO of the cannabis group and co-managing director of Schurer Pharma &amp; Kosmetik GmbH (SPK) since October 2023. Based in Leipzig, SPK is a leading provider of fulfillment and logistics services for cannabis pharmacies. The company supports the entire supply chain, including storage, order picking, packaging, shipping of cannabis medicines to pharmacies, as well as returns and inventory management. Through innovative partial automation, SPK ensures efficient order processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stefan Fritsch <\/strong>will lead Schurer Pharma &amp; Kosmetik GmbH as its sole managing director within the Gr\u00fcnhorn Group. This decision enhances the company\u2019s agility, promotes a clear and efficient leadership structure, and secures its ongoing development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fritsch Appoints Interim CFO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dr-marko-jakob-665b3052\/?originalSubdomain=de\">Effective January 7, 2025, Dr. Marko Jakob<\/a><\/strong> will take on the role of interim CFO for the Gr\u00fcnhorn Group. With extensive experience in senior positions at various growth-oriented companies and a robust finance background, Dr. Jakob will manage the financial operations of Germany's largest medical cannabis group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financial stability of the Gr\u00fcnhorn Group remains unaffected by these changes.
